The warmer weather and sunshine have given us plenty of opportunities to be outside and enjoy ourselves.
Fi enjoys breakfast on the deck and has spent hours on the deck playing with her basketball hoop, water table, bubbles and pushing her dolls around in their Jeep.
We have been able to get out and walk more- Fi is such a trooper- she loves to walk around the block, or take longer walks at the conservation lands around our house. Today, we spent a perfect spring morning watching Fi run through the fields at a conservation land while Jeff and I sat on the hill and soaked up some rays. Fi would periodically come back to bring us flowers or drop in for a few Goldfish and a sip of water.
We have had many play dates with our friends Jack and Ava and Sadie. In these pics, we met Jack (and my friend, Emily) at a local Audubon Farm. We rode the tractor, saw all the farm animals (Fi LOVED petting a rooster), dug in the dirt, and had a picnic lunch!
Fi loves to play in the yard- she likes to make castles in the sandbox, push around her bubble mower, and slide on her play structure. She also loves to pick flowers in the front yard. The other day she helped me plant veggies in the gardens. And by help, I mean carry around the little plants, dump them out of their cups and steal my shovel 🙂
